Pizza was excellent

I went to the papa murphy's in Prineville OR and the survey did not bring this store up, so I used Redmond just to access the survey. I want to express that the Prineville papa murphy's has excelled in service, hospitality and the pizza was excellent.

the north bend oregon team, went out of their way when i forgot to give them my coupon , they redid the sale and gave me the discount, then when thery realize they put the slip down and not to the prep crew they were sooo sorry, and gave me a free soda, good job team

I was alerted that I had purchased most of a "meal deal" without purchasing the deal. I was able to make it a meal and get a 2 liter soda for about a dollar. I appreciate that service.

I ordered the garlic chicken however I had intended to order the Mediterranean Chicken. The employee explained the differences and offered to make what I intended. I declined because they are both very good, I'll just have to come back.

I was so impressed with the young woman who made my pizza, she gave me the impression that she enjoyed her job...that's rare! The pizza was one of the best I've found in Bend. Someone is hiring the "right" kind of people...Bravo!

I did not get any names. But the crew was vary nice. I had called my order in right after the had opened. My order was waiting when I got there. The girl behind the counter looked at me and said that my pizza was ready. I did not even say my name. I asked her if she could read minds. We had a good laugh. I like when you can have a laugh and fun with people. It makes me want to back again. Tell them to please keep up the great work and pizza making.
